There are systems offered with Centrifugal Blower Running at very high speed of 18000 to 20000 RPM.
Such Blowers requires costly Grease Packed Ceramic Hybrid Bearings.
Because of cost considerations such bearings are not used. Creating frequent brake downs and costly maintenance.
Further Impeller with Shaft have to be Dynamically Balanced and Blower will have to be Mounted perfectly aligned. Practically this is not done most of time causing Deterioration in blower life.
Normally for such high rotating speed, costly timing belt must be used to ensure no SLIpage
Again for cost reasons V belts are used. Causing power loss resulting in wasted energy and higher running costs.
In our Systems, we use costly imported ring blowers which run at slower speed of 2850 RPM and are mostly trouble free for long running periods.
When requiring Maintenance only standard Grease packed bearings are required. Which are available easily and are very economically priced.
Sound Level
For our blowers, the sound level is only 55-75 DB. which is on the lower side. Thus Eliminating the need for separate acoustic enclosure.
